Korean sundubu-jjigae recipes

These bubbling, satisfying, spicy stews are made with extra soft, white, creamy tofu (sundubu in Korean) always sold in tubes in Korean grocery stores. They are usually prepared in Korean earthenware bowls and served with the stew still boiling. Often a raw egg is added just before serving.
